摘要: Activated carbon monoliths (ACMs) were fabricated by H2O activation using powdered fast pyrolytic char (PFPC) as a raw material and bio-oil phenol-formaldehyde (BPF) resin binder. The effects of the ratio BPF to PFPC on textural chemical-surface properties ACMs investigated elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). adsorption capacity mechanical under different conditions examined N2 analysis compression strength, respectively. results indicated that optimal was 20 wt.% strength with content 79.7 reached 3.74 MPa, while BET surface area total pore volume 731.3 m2/g 0.589 cm3/g, appeared be mainly mesoporous low graphitization contained multiple functional groups such alkyl, esters, ether, phenol, olefin, etc.
