Neutron investigations of magnetic multilayers

摘要: Abstract Recent low-angle neutron scattering results from magnetic multilayers are reviewed. After a recall of the theory, three sorts studies examined: determination magnetization profiles in layers, structures resulting coupling between layers through nonmagnetic ones and finally particular case rare earth/iron systems.
