摘要: Bouin-fixed and paraffin-embedded sections from the dorsal skin of Bufo bufo Xenopus Laevis were subjected to lectin histochemistry. A panel biotinylated lectins (Con-A, PSA, LCA, UEA-I, DBA, SBA, SJA, RCA-I, BSL-I, WGA, s-WGA, PHA-E PHA-L) an avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) showed a species-specific compartmentalization saccharides certain parts epidermis glandular domains. Some marked histochemical differences between two examined species adapted fully aquatic (X. laevis) or semiterrestrial (B. bufo) environments may be relevant relationship existing habitat selection glycosaminoglycans content skin.
