摘要: Species-specific primers for portions of the mitochondrial DNA 16S ribosomal subunit gene were designed to identify bats family Vespertilionidae (Mammalia). Two fragments, each 190 base pairs, found contain sufficient genetic variability consistently resolve 10 14 Pacific Northwest species included in this study. The remaining four could be resolved into two sets paired that unique from other species. These are demonstrably useful purposes surveys identification bats, including using extracted guano collected roost sites when absent.
