摘要: Covering: up to mid-2009 Prenylated indole alkaloids are hybrid natural products derived from prenyl diphosphates and tryptophan or its precursors widely distributed in filamentous fungi, especially the genera Penicillium Aspergillus of ascomycota. These compounds represent a group with diverse chemical structures biological activities. Significant progress on their biosynthesis has been achieved recent years by identification biosynthetic gene clusters genome sequences molecular biochemical investigations. In addition, series prenylated derivatives have produced chemoenzymatic synthesis using overproduced purified enzymes.
