摘要: With the remarkable advances in submicron technology it is now possible to realize man-made low-dimensional electronic systems, i.e., quantum wires, dots and antidots. Far-infrared spectroscopy should give a most direct access confined energy levels these systems. It turns out that dynamic response of systems exhibits very interesting complex interplay atom-like single-particle manybody effects which will be reviewed this paper.
