Process for radiation grafting hydrogels onto organic polymeric substrates

摘要: An improved process for radiation grafting of hydrogels onto organic polymeric substrates is provided comprising the steps incorporating an effective amount cupric or ferric ions in aqueous graft solution consisting N-vinyl-2 - pyrrolidone mixture and other monomers, e.g., 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, acrylate, propylene glycol acrylamide, methacrylic acid methacrylamide, immersing substrate thereafter subjecting contacted with ionizing radiation.
