摘要: We analyze the interactions between division, mutation and selection in a simplified evolutionary model, assuming that population observed can be classified into fitness levels. The construction of our mathematical framework is motivated by modeling antibody affinity maturation B-cells Germinal Centers during an immune response. This key process adaptive immunity leading to production high antibodies against presented antigen. Our aim understand how different biological parameters affect system’s functionality. identify existence optimal value rate, able maximize number selected for given generation.
