摘要: The main metabolic product of the fatty acid arachidonic (AA) in vascular tissue is prostacyclin, a potent vasodilator and inhibitor platelet aggregation (1). In contrast, platelets AA mainly converted to thromboxane A2, which vasoconstrictor inducer aggregation. An imbalance formation or interaction between these two metabolites has been implicated underlying process various thrombotic conditions as well atherosclerosis (2).
