摘要: Researchers within the fields of economic geography and organizational management have extensively studied learning prerequisites impediments for knowledge transfer. This paper combines two discourses subjects: the-communities-of-practice region approaches, merging them through so-called ecology knowledge-approach, which is used to examine transfer from House Faberge Finnish jewellery industry. We pre-revolution St Petersburg cluster post-revolution Helsinki, between these locations components communities people, institutions The shows that industrial dynamics modern-day goldsmith industry was inherently shaped both non-transfer knowledge. It also contends “knowledge-economy” not anchored in exclusive high technology sector late 20th century.
