摘要: Dengue virus (DENV) is a public health problem representing the most important arthropod-borne viral disease in humans. In Argentina, Northern provinces have reported autochthonous cases since 1997, though these outbreaks originated bordering countries, where co-circulation of more than one serotype has been reported. last decade, imported dengue Buenos Aires, urban area Argentina with highest population density. 2009, outbreak affected Aires and, for first time, local transmission was detected. All this were caused by DENV-1. report, we present full-length sequences 27 DENV-1 isolates, corresponding to 1999–2000, as well and 2009 2010 outbreaks. We analyzed their phylogenetic phylodynamic relationships global spread. Additionally, characterized genomic phenotypic features. belonged genotype V. The recent ancestor dated ∼1934, whereas that ∼2007. mean rates nucleotide substitution 4.98E-4 8.53E-4 subs./site/yr, respectively. inferred an introduction from Paraguay 1999–2000 mainly Venezuela during 2009–2010. Overall, number synonymous substitutions per site significantly exceeded non-synonymous 12 positively selected sites These analyses could contribute better understanding regarding spread evolution pathogen Southern Cone South America.
