摘要: Abstract Published report describing applications of various capillary electrophoresis methods to the analysis low-molecular-weight anionic species are reviewed and evaluated. An attempt is made summarize parameters relevant optimization detection sensitivity in electrophoresis. Based on a comparison with results obtained by other techniques, indirect photomettry shown have number important advantages for anions. For given carrier electrolyte, range linearity can be extended increasing concentration anion responsible background UV absorptions. With chromate-containing electrolytes could over more than three orders magnitude. Good correlation between relative molar absorptivities was found six aromatic carboxylic acids serving as carreir electrolytes. Using optimized conditions electromigrative sample introduction, achievable limits low nanomolar range. This represents 100-fold increase hydrodynamic8 introduction. isotachphoretic steady state occuring during electromigration presented an explanation trace enrichment levels analytes introduction electromigration.
