摘要: Abstract In this study, novel transparent Er 3+ doped glass ceramics were prepared from melt-quenched oxyfluoride glasses with general composition of Na 2 O-NaF-BaF -YbF 3 -Al O -SiO . The crystallization fluorite (BaF , BaF NaF-BaF and 0.5-x Yb 0.5+x F 2+2x ) distorted (rhombohedral Ba 4 17 tetragonal phases was analysed in different YbF ratio. phase microstructure investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Intense red upconversion luminescence (UCL) detected under near-infrared excitation resulting three photon followed cross-relaxation between ions. local environment ions using site-selective spectroscopy. found to act as nucleation centres the containing transition metastable rhombohedrally tetragonally a probe.
