摘要: In recent years, piezoelectric actuator is being widely used in vibration suppression and micro positioning applications for its fast response, nanometer resolution, no backlash, friction bigger driving force. However, inherent hysteresis nonlinear characteristics between the input voltage output displacement limit control accuracy. To optimize performance of actuator, it essential to understand behavior. this work, behavior was studied by experiment; dependence on under different electric field conditions discussed. It found that method frequency loading has a great effect nonlinearity actuator. At last, some models were introduced.
