摘要: Abstract The paper presents research into a Mg–Cu–Yb system based metallic glassy alloys. Metallic glasses were prepared using induction melting and further injection on spinning copper wheel. effect of alloying by Ag Ca the glass forming ability kinetics crystallization alloys studied. differential scanning calorimeter X-ray diffractometer used to investigate phase composition samples. An indicator ability, effective activation energy crystallization, enthalpy mixing calculated. increase content has positive mixing. highest indicators thermal stability found for that contain both elements. addition suppresses precipitation Mg2Cu during crystallization. A dual-phase glassy-nanocrystalline Mg structure was obtained in Mg65Cu25Yb10 Mg59.5Cu22.9Yb11Ag6.6 after annealing. Bulk samples with composite glassy-crystalline Mg64Cu21Yb9.5Ag5.5 thermodynamic database Mg–Cu–Yb–Ca–Ag created compare process polythermal sections diagram.
