摘要: This study was undertaken because of confusion arising from a diversity names, descriptions, and drawings the human spinal subarachnoid septa trabeculae in standard texts dictionaries. Sixty-two complete cords were examined under dissecting scope. The finely “woven” adult arachnoid membrane two-layered, there essentially no connecting or between cord anteriorly. Posteriorly, upper cervical region is scanty series fibers fenestrated sheets 1 2 mm on either side midline; these become progressively more extensive lower region, remain to lumbar enlargement, beyond which they dwindle end abruptly at filum terminale origin. Throughout cauda equina, strands are haphazardly arranged roots supporting blood vessels. These occasionally tangentially adherent membrane. length many unexplained, redundant, nonbranching, beaded, thicker “rogue strands”. All above different character right-angle fiber arrangement denticulate ligament, two leaves often separated form segmental longitudinal tunnels. nerve rootlets (fila radicularia) for each dermatome joined by webs other. There evidence change number type connection with age.
