摘要: The process of bone formation involves several mechanisms, which can manifest dysfunctions such as osteoporosis in case imbalances between them. In basic terms, osteo-adipo progenitors derive from the marrow, and depending on multiple stimulus signals, stay their progenitor state (preosteoblast) or differentiate to form fat tissue [3]. We point model dynamics cell decisions preosteoblasts osteoblasts, considering stimulatory important role epigenetics.
