摘要: An improved method of preparing support matrices for immobilization reactive chemical entities, such as enzymes, comprises deposition a polyamine on core support, an inorganic oxide, contacting the polyamine-coated with bifunctional reagent which cross-links and provides pendant functional groups, recovering matrix, wherein improvement thin, uniform film from solvents low surface tension.
