摘要: There is substantial evidence for the effectiveness of psychological treatments OCD, and various approaches have been widely recommended. These tend to be characterized by exposure response prevention (ERP) also applied equally all forms OCD. Patients/clients (and some therapists) often find ERP a difficult treatment, both dropout refusal rates are unacceptably high. Based on specific cognitive conceptualizations different manifestations new refined treatment methods now available. The present article describes cognitively based approach compulsive checking.
