摘要: Recent designer drugs, also known as “legal highs,” include substituted cathinones (e.g., mephedrone, methylone, and methylenedioxypyrovalerone, often referred to “bath salts”); synthetic cannabinoids (SCs; e.g., Spice); hallucinogens (25I-NBOMe, or N-bomb). Compound availability has evolved rapidly evade legal regulation detection by routine drug testing. Young adults are the primary users, but trends changing rapidly; use become popular among members of military. Acute toxicity is common manifests with a constellation psychiatric medical effects, which may be severe anxiety, agitation, psychosis, tachycardia), multiple deaths have been reported each these types drugs.
