摘要: Studying the functional properties of chimeric adrenergic receptors has helped to define domains responsible for ligand binding specificity and coupling G-proteins. Of methods available construction genes, linker-adapter approach is simplest often most rapid technique; however, in practice this method not always feasible. The advent polymerase chain reaction technique made possible genes by splicing at virtually any site. proteins can be studied expressing Xenopus oocytes or mammalian cell lines such as COS Raji cells. Mammalian cells are also useful immunocytochemical localization studies because major incompatibility among structural from two parent results misfolding retention protein endoplasmic reticulum.
