A study of the phase transition behaviour of [(NH4)0.63Li0.37]2TeBr6

摘要: The mixed hexabromotellurate [(NH4)0.63Li0.37]2TeBr6, presenting at room temperature a K2PtCl6-type structure with space group Fm m, exhibits three anomalies 195, 395 and 498 K in the differential scanning calorimetry diagram. Different techniques: dielectric investigation, High-temperature X-ray powder diffraction infrared spectroscopic study, range (300-470) are applied to explore phase transition around K. Combining XRD, (DSC) results, no leading super-ionic conductivity is found. At high temperature, [(NH4)0.63Li0.37]2TeBr6 characterized by medium σ453≈ 10−4 Ω−1m−1.
