摘要: We demonstrate the operation of a quantum spin pump based on cyclic radio-frequency excitation GaAs dot, including ability to pure without pumping charge. The device takes advantage bidirectional mesoscopic fluctuations pumped current, made dependent by application an in-plane Zeeman field. Spin currents are measured placing in focusing geometry with spin-selective collector.
