摘要: Abstract The influence of diffusion on the current shape in time-of-flight (TOF) experiment under conditions quasiequilibrium transport has been considered. An analytical expression for transient density obtained case reflecting front electrode. found to be a better agreement with Monte-Carlo numerical modeling than usual based standard convection–diffusion equation. We an estimate minimum layer thickness flat plateau appearance TOF transients.
