摘要: Abstract Cyanobacterial toxins have adverse effects on mammals, birds and fish are being increasingly recognised as a potent stress factor health hazard in aquatic ecosystems. Microcystins, cyclic heptapeptides main group of the cyanotoxins mainly retained within producer cells during cyanobacterial bloom development. However, these released into surrounding medium by senescence lysis blooms. Any toxin present could then come contact with wide range organisms including phytoplankton grazers, invertebrates, plants. Recent studies showed conversion microcystin animal liver to more polar compound correlation depletion glutathione pool cell. The study shows existence microcystin-LR conjugate formed enzymatically via soluble S-transferase various ranging from plants (Ceratophyllum demersum), invertebrates (Dreissena polymorpha, Daphnia magna) up eggs (Danio rerio). derived was characterized matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry yielding m/z 1302, which is equivalent assumed for conjugate. This appears be first step detoxication organisms.
