Data report for the Siple Coast (Antarctica) project

摘要: This report presents data collected during three field seasons of glaciological studies in the Antarctica and describes methods employed. The region investigated covers mouths Ice Streams B C (the Siple Coast) Crary Rise on Ross Shelf. Measurements included are as follows: surface velocity deformation from repeated satellite geoceiver positions; topography optical levelling; radar sounding ice thickness; accumulation rates; near-surface densities temperature profiles; mapping aerial photography.
