摘要: Resume En tant que virus enveloppe, le CMV humain est fragile et rapidement inactive dans l'environnement. Il n'est donc propage qu'a l'occasion de contacts interhumains intimes tels les echanges materno-fœtaux durant la grossesse ou lors l'accouchement, l'allaitement au sein, soins maternage, plus tard rapports sexuels a tout âge transfusions sang frais dons d'organe. Comme autres herpesviridae, humaine persiste l'organisme au-dela primo-infection, infectant divers organes facon latente probablement vie. reponse stimuli, sujets seropositifs reactivent cette infection excretent alors du virus. On isole secretions genitales, lait, l'on estime 2 5 % des sont infectants. La relation l'hote depend l'etat immunitaire avec infections asymptomatiques chez immuno-competent, mais manifestations eventuellement severes nouveau-ne l'immunodeprime, particulierement en cas primo-infection.
