摘要: This chapter discusses the need for greater levels of scientific literacy in contemporary society. It identifies three major curriculum thrusts that collectively inform – learning science, about and doing science with a principal focus on often referred to as nature (NoS). Particular emphasis is given importance language values, norms traditions scientists, reality practice. The remainder direct indirect connections scientists impact these developing understanding science. concludes discussion possibilities pitfalls such connections.
