摘要: Abstract A case of Osler-Weber-Rendu disease with extensive intrahepatic arteriovenous fistulas leading to systemic hypercirculation is described. Numerous disseminated A-V were demonstrated by hepatic angiography and during cardiac catheterization an shunt more than 4 liters per minute was calculated. The progressive nature, probably due new being formed, the telangiectatic lesions are characteristic for disease. Other diseases malformation liver emphasized.
