IJF-OQPSK modulation schemes with MLSE receivers for portable/mobile communications

摘要: A receiver structure for constant enveloped IJF-OQPSK modulation under fading channel conditions is introduced. Its performance in AWGN and Rayleigh channels was analyzed verified by computer simulations. Results show the relation between of system memory introduced double-interval overlapping pulse shape. By properly using this memory, it possible to achieve superior compared conventional schemes. Even though no coding has been used, comparable results coded schemes obtained with extra redundancy. Therefore, complexity caused multilevel can be avoided, transmission signals compact spectrum good possible. The envelope, spectrum, low make hardlimited scheme a choice portable/mobile communications, cost, small size, high power bandwidth efficiencies. >
