摘要: In this article, I look at the reverberations of global discourse about heritage margins system in Pacific. To end, analyse development indigenous concepts cultural on Baluan Island, Manus Province, Papua New Guinea. discuss how over past 50 years two different have developed island, which been used to reflect upon and direct social change. Further show genesis transformation local is driven by concerns politics, as well national international developments.
