摘要: In Latin America, social security and public sectors represent the largest financiers providers of health care. Many countries in region have compulsory packages basic care benefits. As part an effort to improve quality access, several technology assessment agencies, both governmental academia, among a number American been formally established past few years. Several recently developed published methodological guidelines economic evaluation, indicating that there is growing interest evaluating health-related products, drugs, technologies used by population. Presentations on system role assessment, pharmacoeconomics, risk sharing policies, from sector perspective, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico were made at 3rd ISPOR Conference held City 2011 are discussed this article. conclusion, clear need for evaluate value new being incorporated into their system. addition, important local needs terms regulation along with common country unions. future, increase drug access implementing cost-containment measures outcomes.
