摘要: The 6-year incidence rates of febrile convulsions in all 3-year-old children Fuchu (covering 95% children, number examined 17,044) was 8.2%. higher boys than girls (9.0%: 7.5%, P less 0.001). varied with the month and year birth, but variations observed were slight. Two peak appearances seasonal variation first convulsion found November-January June-August. former could be interpreted as a tendency to winter virus infection upper respiratory tract children. other summer explained gastrointestinal infection. Liability influenced by age illness, not season birth.
