摘要: Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is potentially a curative therapeutic option for hematological malignancies. In clinical practice, associated complications greatly affected the final therapeutical outcomes. Currently, primary disease relapse, graft-versus-host (GVHD) and infections remain three leading causes of high morbidity mortality in allo-HSCT patients. Various strategies have been investigated past several decades including human γδ T cell-based regimens. different microenvironments, cells assume features reminiscent classical Th1, Th2, Th17, NKT regulatory cells, showing diverse biological functions. The cytotoxic could be utilized to target relapsed malignancies, recently are defined as novel implement GVHD management. addition, Τ facilitate control post-transplantation participate tissue regeneration wound healing processes. These potentiate versatile agent complications. This review focuses on insights applicable potentials reconciling with allo-HSCT. We believe an improved understanding pertinent functions would further exploited design innovative immunotherapeutic approaches allo-HSCT, reduce morbidity, well improve quality life patients after transplantation.
