摘要: Continuous exposure of newborn mice a single, highly inbred strain to 100% oxygen at normal atmospheric pressure for up 6 weeks resulted in progressive evolution pulmonary changes which consisted dense fibrous tissue deposition, chronic bronchitis and bronchiolitis, emphysema. Survival the experimental animals decreased with duration exposure, it was 18% after sixth week. While were evolving, lung growth markedly inhibited animals, whereas weight increased significantly. The present study indicates that contrast adult mouse, survival substantial percentage least is possible, but associated severe structure doubtlessly lead serious derangement cardiopulmonary functions.
