摘要: Continuous exposure of newborn mice a single, highly inbred strain to 100% oxygen at normal atmospheric pressure for up 6 weeks resulted in progressive evolution pulmonary changes which consisted dense fibrous tissue deposition, chronic bronchitis and bronchiolitis, emphysema. Survival the experimental animals decreased with duration exposure, it was 18% after sixth week. While were evolving, lung growth markedly inhibited animals, whereas weight increased significantly.
