摘要: After a brief introduction to the area of holonic and multi-agent solutions for manufacturing, an agent-based simulation tool manufacturing systems is presented. Programmed in JAVA built on top JADE agent platform, designed mainly simulations material handling systems. The user provided with agents basic components as instance manufacturing-cell, conveyor belt, diverter, AGV etc. Combining these together GUI, various system configurations can be modeled. In phase, transportation discrete entities among cells carried out by agents. cooperate via message sending using common knowledge ontology developed domain. Strong emphasis laid failure detection recovery dynamic reconfiguration issues.
