摘要: The effects of high and low dietary protein intervention on the growth development hepatic preneoplastic lesions were examined. Inbred male F344 rats fed a semipurified (AIN-76) 20% casein diet given doses orally aflatoxin B1 (10 doses, each 250 micrograms/kg). One week after last dose, animals diets containing either 5 or casein. Animals 5% throughout 12-week postdosing period had marked reduction in gamma-glutamyltransferase-positive foci. same highest response. Groups for half other intermediate responses. data show that response observed high-protein can be inhibited by postinitiation low-protein diet. Likewise, was increased introduction late experiment.
