摘要: Abstract In the present paper, stir casting technique is used for fabrication of (0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2) wt. % nickel (1,3,5 7) titanium carbide powder-filled ZA-27 alloy composites with controlled conditions. The physical, mechanical tribological properties composites, studied experimentally. Both reinforced composite assists in enhancing physical such as impact strength, flexural strength hardness matrix. most significant advantage reinforcement found sliding wear resulting better composite. Various factors normal load, reinforcement, distance velocity considered to optimize rate. From Taguchi analysis it has been observed that content being factor influencing rate followed by while least factor, both type velocity. ANOVA find out factors. SEM, EDS XRD worn surface was done dominant mechanism.
