摘要: Resume Introduction La radiotherapie intervient sous differentes formes dans la prise en charge des cancers bronchiques non a petites cellules. Etat connaissances de conformation 3 dimensions avec ou sans chimiotherapie est utilisee pratique courante, l’irradiation asservissement respiratoire et modulation d’intensite sont cours d’evaluation, les innovations imagerie permettent une focalisation balistique plus precise, stereotaxique protontherapie encore peu utilisees mais tres prometteuses. Perspectives Le taux controle local CBNPC reste insuffisant. Les resultats s’amelioreront certainement par l’association avancees trois composantes suivantes : chimiotherapie, un niveau superieur l’escalade dose meilleure tumorale balistique. Conclusion L’amelioration du cancer pulmonaire cellules attend beaucoup ces nouveaux outils traitement qui evaluer optimiser pour obtenir allongement survie patient qualite vie grâce toxicites puis sequelles reduites.
