摘要: Objectives The aim of this study was to identify the patient-related risk factors for post-dural puncture headache with same standardized procedures. Materials and methods The inclusion criteria were patients (i) who underwent lumbar diagnostic purposes, (ii) ≥10 years age, (iii) no structural lesions that could cause from brain-computed tomography or magnetic resonance images. The primary endpoint post-dural-puncture as a dependent variable. differences analyzed demographic cerebrospinal fluid profiles independent variables. Results Four hundred thirteen met study, 36 developed headache. Patients younger, had lower body mass index, less diabetes hypertension. In profile, counts white blood cell protein, pressure in than those without headache, but glucose ratio higher. Interestingly, at daytime more performed nighttime. After adjusting clinical variables, multiple logistic regression analysis showed younger pressure, independently significant variables predicting headache. Conclusions We confirmed factor such young newly found
