摘要: It is shown that spontaneous emission of an excited atom suppressed, and electromagnetic instability the ground state possible, if located in vicinity active medium which amplifies propagating radiation. The effect due to a modified phase-shifted near field oscillating atomic dipole, prevails over usual radiation reaction related wave zone. necessary conditions for reversal total back are found, possible experimental realizations discussed.
