摘要: Abstract A water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) emulsion was prepared as a carrier system for the daily uptake of bioactive compound using decaglycerol monolaurate and hexaglyceryl condensed ricinolate hydrophilic lipophilic surfactants, respectively. 1,3,6,8-Pyrenetetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt (PTSA) used model substance. Membrane filtration coarse W/O/W with rotor/stator homogenizer produced fine which had mean oil-droplet diameter 90%. Microscopic observations revealed that fluorescent material in outer-phase solution included into oil phase during homogenization. It suggested because to produce both O/W emulsions, some part outer would be second The fluorescence shown droplets diminished after membrane emulsification. This phenomenon released from interior
