摘要: Many design tasks have search spaces that are vague and evaluation criteria subjective. We present a model of can solve such problems using method plausible adaptation. In our approach, adaptation transformations used to modify the components structure constraints on problem. This process plays multiple roles in design: 1) It is as part case-based reasoning previous cases. 2) accommodates arrive late by adapting decisions rather than retracting them. 3) resolves impasses weakening preference constraints. has been implemented computer program called JULIA designs presentation menu meal satisfy multiple, interacting
