Long-term follow-up in patients with lost coronary stents during interventional procedures.

摘要: The aim of this retrospective study was to determine the incidence stent loss during interventional procedures and identify associated immediate long-term consequences such loss. We evaluated 36 cases in which stents were prematurely displaced from delivery device. Five completely removed vascular system successfully. could not be retrieved coronary circulation led significant adverse events 3 patients, whom lost excluded by placement another stent. In 26 peripheral embolism below renal arteries occurred after successful retrieval arteries. Stent with embolization is asymptomatic
