摘要: A Two Fluid Model (TFM) using kinetic theory of granular flow has been developed to describe an innovative process hydrogen production in a single step. An extended Multi-species Solid Phase (MSP) method is proposed simulate the gas-solid heterogeneous reactions entrained gasifier, as opposed Single-species (SSP) previous studies. The intrinsic equations methane steam reforming and water-gas shift are used for good understanding reaction mechanism high concentration under higher pressure. On basis results computing, main feature core-annular zone predicted fully region. And similar flame-like structure velocity temperature observed emerge from feed injection at bottom gasifier. model well illustrates effects CaO on enhancing sequestering CO2 coal gasification. advantages pressure gasification also shown that conversion increases with increasing while H2S tar content decreases. Moreover, there steep increase species initiated entrance gasifier then decrease next section. model,shows agreement measurements field gas products laboratory-scale plants.
