摘要: A semi-distributed ski season simulation model (“SkiSim”) was developed to analyze potential impacts of climate change on length and snowmaking requirements. The validation process at three areas in different climatic regions altitudes the province Tyrol/Austria showed a very good performance with maximum difference one day comparing reported modeled length. Future scenarios were produced for 2020s, 2030s, 2050s 2080s low (B1) high emission scenario (A1B) based data regional REMO. Changes length, which are likely make profitable operation impossible, projected depending altitude area scenario. Until end century required snow volumes increase by up 123% current technology, 242% assuming temperatureindependent technology.
