摘要: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the fulfilment of classification criteria for cryoglobulinaemic vasculitis (CV) at diagnosis in a large cohort patients with primary SS and their correlation poor outcomes. METHODS We included 515 consecutive tested serum cryoglobulins who fulfilled 2002 SS. CV were assessed as predictors death lymphoma using Cox proportional-hazards regression analysis adjusted age gender. RESULTS Positive detected 65 (12%) patients, whom 21 (32%) criteria. Compared positive did not fulfil criteria, had higher frequency type II cryoglobulinaemia (86% vs 43%, P = 0.04), mean cryocrit level (6.58% 1.25%, < 0.001) cumulated EULAR-SS disease activity index score (35.3 16.2, 0.001). After follow-up 110 months, 45 (9%) developed B-cell 33 (6%) died. without cryoglobulins, [hazard ratio (HR) 7.47, 95% CI: 3.38, 16.53] (HR 2.56, 1.03, 6.35) both showed risk univariate analysis, but multivariate models. 11.68, 4.44, 30.74) 4.36, 1.32, 14.47) CONCLUSION Patients are death.
