摘要: Although D-amino acid oxidase (DAO) [EC 1.4.3.3] activity in rabbit kidney extract was undetectable, protein immunoreactive toward anti-pig DAO antiserum and RNAs that hybridized with fragments of human pig cDNAs were detected distinctly the kidney. A cDNA clone, RD22, isolated from library by hybridization a fragment cDNA. Analysis nucleotide sequence revealed 2,018 encoding consisted 347 amino acids. The number residues identical those DAOs, showed 80 83% identity respectively. RD22 DNA also existed kidney, their sizes same as fragments. RD22-derived hardly synthesized an vitro expression system. However, lacking most 5'-untranslated region its mutants containing base changes around initiation codon did direct synthesis. Moreover, derived partial large part coding immunoreactivity antiserum. results suggest one causes very poor synthesis is translational suppression synthetic process.
