摘要: Abstract A commercial pectinase, immobilised on appropriately functionalised γ-alumina spheres, was loaded in a packed bed reactor and employed to depolymerise the pectin contained model solution apple juice. The activity of immobilized enzyme tested several batch reactions compared with one free enzyme. successful juice depectinisation obtained using pectinase system. In addition, an endopolygalacturonase from Kluyveromyces marxianus , previously purified single-step process coreshell microspheres specifically prepared, same active support efficiency resulting catalyst tested.
