摘要: Polymers of different tacticities, from highly isotactic to syndiotactic, were prepared methyl, ethyl, and isopropyl α-chloroacrylates. These polymers characterized for tacticity by infrared spectroscopy 100 300 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) thermal properties differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). After corrections made molecular weight effects, the observed glass temperature-tacticity results analyzed, it was determined that maximum differences in temperatures purely compared syndiotactic should be 92°C methyl ester, 86°C ethyl 68°C ester polymers. The all three esters crystalline. Possible polymerization reaction mechanisms are discussed on basis triad tetrad values calculated propagation statistics.
